The Joy of Everything Blog Begins!
I count myself extraordinarily lucky to be a naturally curious person with an excessive amount of hobbies and interests. Doubly lucky to have a complex mind and yet a significant appreciation for simplicity. I have a unique scope on life and living, and often find myself meandering down corridors of thought and curiosity where sometimes there is no end but observation and experience. My interests are of many different types, from organic farming and nature, to music, to digital frontiers and beyond. As a result I have a lot of experience to pull from and live a busy and fulfilling life.
I have long wanted to write and somewhere along the way I came around on blogging, however, life always seemed to get in the way of my intentions and I never actually made it happen. But in my present pursuits and career endeavors, and following my current mantra of Living Life in Symbiotic Perpetuality, I found the time and finally built my first real blog. I also got a Chromebook so I can write on the go, something I have dreamt about for a few years now but only recently put (kind of forced) into motion. So far it has served as that final boost that got me finally writing on an almost daily basis with conviction. It also allows me to live a better life by expanding my office from my apartment to the park down the street and beyond!
While I’ve had an idea of some of the things I’ve wanted to write about and have a few articles already written, most of this will be on the fly and somewhat stream of consciousness. The truth is, I’m into quite a lot and the subject matter is as unlimited and unrestrained as my imagination. I will be sharing recipes, stories, album reviews, personal life philosophy and frankly, I will write about anything and everything that’s on my mind. Some of it will be simple, some of it might be pages and pages long. Some of it will be deeply personal and will possibly make me “vulnerable” to the reader, but vulnerability often equates to self-growth. There are no real rules in this endeavor but to write.
While I will also try to be insightful, retrospective and such, forgive me if I just babble from time to time. Sometimes I will reach for greater things and sometimes I will just play in the paint.
Join me on this adventure exploring the canvas of a blank page as I dip into the endless well of my mind. Welcome to the Joy of Everything blog!
